Un premier essai au pastel m’avait laissé sur ‘ma faim’, pas un échec loin de là, mais je me suis dit que cette fois-ci j’irais pour l’huile…c’est plus nébuleux du moins au début comme médium, ce qui convient bien à une nébuleuse, je peindrais bien des trous noirs, enfin ce qui les entourent, mais voilà une nébuleuse, et comme Stephen Hawkins l’a écrit, les premières minutes sont bien importantes, lui il écrivait sur l’Univers, moi plus humblement je traite de mon nouveau tableau…

The first try at this was good but somehow I did felt a bit like something is missing, so this time I choose to try with my oil paints, a medium who to me is more fluid, softer, a bit nebulous at least in the first stages…which should be fine to paint a nebula, leaving place to the colors play, mixing, moving…I could have try a black hole, at least what is surrounding it…but a nebula it is, and has Stephen Hawkins wrote, the first few minutes where important for the Universe, humbly talking about my painting this time, I think the first few minutes are also quite important, so the beginning of this new painting.

Je ne crois pas que la térébenthine ait joué un rôle important dans les premières minutes de la formation de l’Univers, mais je peux affirmer qu’elle a eu un rôle important dans le début de ce tableau…

I don’t think wiping out the Universe matter with turpentine was used but in the case of my painting it did help the paint flowing around…so here’s the first few minutes of this new works…
