Vienna to me was a very special place during this trip, already when I left I know that I would spent some time there, did not think it would be 4 months…so a first pic from this City so dear to my hearth. I did arrive there november 26 th 1986, the first night it was foggy, misty and cool, very cool almost cold, but remember…I am from Montreal, lived in Winnipeg, one of the coldest city in Canada, and traveled to the Artic, so it wasn’t that cold…
On trouve de tout dans une rivière, même une chaise…you can find almost anything in a river, even a chair…
Beautiful!
Thanks!
Love this shot – the clarity of the water in the foreground and the mist-like quality in the background give it almost a surreal feeling
AnnMarie 🙂
Thanks, and it does reflect was it was when I got there, this shot was taken on another day, but end of november is often grey but even under these circumstance this is a marvelous city.

Gorgeous shot!
Thanks, a bit of retouching in photoshop, mainly just for exposure, and pushing and pulling some greys area, no cropping.
