C’était dans la gare d’Hambourg, en novembre 1986,  eh oui j’attendais un train vers Cologne, je me suis dit tiens pourquoi pas photographier le tableau des départs, je ne savais pas trop ce que cela donnerait, l’original était un peu terne, mon numériseur ne reconnaissait même pas le cadre de l’image…mais un peu de manipulations, et un peu de photoshop et voilà le résulat, j’aime les gares, ferrovières ou portuaires, ou les aérogares, partir….soupirs….)

It was some day in November 1986, while waiting for a train in direction of Cologne, and it did cross my mind, why not trying to take a shot at the departure screen and some background, my scanner would not frame it correctly, it did not recognize it as a photo I guess…so a bit of forcing, and manipulations in photoshop gave me that photo, I like train station, or ferry boat station, or airports, they have something in common…leaving, travel….:)

Donc bien sûr vous devinez sûrement que des photos d’Hambourg et de Cologne viendront élargir la collection…prochainement….

So if I was in Hamburg, going to Cologne, you probably are guessing that eventually I will post more pics of these two places…you’re right, I just don’t yet the timetable….:)
