Wonderful shot! The cars tell the time, and in 1982 I would say most cars would be from the late 70’s.
Probably some Winnipeg rockers hung to the seventies!…:D I think it was taken Osborne and Broadway intersection…still have lots of Winnipeg but they require so much ‘dusting’ in Photoshop…:)
