Heidelberg, photos et peinture / photos and painting…

J’ai ajouté un album dans ma page PHOTO, les photos d’Heidelberg

I did add a new album or slideshow in my PHOTO page, those pics from Heidelberg

Et tant qu’a y être vous y verrez une photo en partie effacée…pourquoi, je voulais créer un espace pour y ajouter un modèle, soit que je n’avais pas photoshop à ce moment là…ou ne savait pas comment faire ou tout simplement que c’était un de ces moments ou tous les coups sont permis pour arriver à ses fins,le tableau

And I may as well show, and explain…why there is a photo partially altered, more like erased, I wanted to use one of my pic to prepare a photo for a painting, and either I did not have or know how to use photoshop, or maybe it was just one of those moment that you don’t care how it is done, just do it….but here’s the painting.

D’une courte vacance à l’extérieur de la ville, donc encore un peu sur le mode ‘ralenti’, et encore en vacances pour plus de 2 semaines, donc lentement, je refais connaissance avec mes pinceaux, pastels et autres, ils ne parlent pas beaucoup mais laissent plein de traces et taches de couleurs….
Just back from a short, a few days, out of town, but still on summer ok automn, yes summer is on until the 21 st, lets say september holidays for more than two weeks yet, so time to come back slowly with my brushes and pastels sticks…they don’t talk much, but leave numerous color spots here and there…

Did some work…again on Alicia’s pastel, yes eventually it will be finished, if I can convince myself….that it is….
Un peu de travail sur le pastel d’Alicia Silverstone, pas encore fini, un jour je vais me convaincre qu’il est bien terminé…..
La photo attendra un peu cependant…encore sur le mode vacances, donc un peu au ralenti…
But no photo yet, a bit later, still as I said on holidays mood…or slow motion mood….:)

Mais bien sûr, je me contente rarement d’écrire sans présenter une photo ou un vidéo, donc une photo d’une toile commencé en 2007 et terminé en janvier 2008….presque un record de vitesse…plus tard bien sûr il y aura un vidéo, et une page plus élaborée, je me garde du jeu au cas où le rythme resterait lent….
But of course, it would not make much sense on a blog or a painter journal, if I would not present at least something, like an old painting, done from january 2007 to january 2008…yes sometimes I’m able to finish one in a relatively short span of time….later there will be a more complete page and maybe a bit of the story behind and of course a video, but those I do keep in reserve in case the holidays slow rythme would last a few more days….:)
