Cela faisait approximativement un mois que j’avais débarqué à Amsterdam, en mai 1986, pris des trains pour La Haye, Rotterdam, Bruxelles, Bruges, Paris et enfin Cherbourg que je me dis qu’il me fallait un moyen de voyager plus librement, on voit partiellement sur la photo, le moyen utilisé, un vélo acheté à Cherbourg…en passant je devrais trouver éventuellement des photos des endroits mentionnés….la photo…un arrêt le long d’une petite route normande, pas trop loin de la côte,,,

It’s been like a month I arrived in Amsterdam, late May 1986, took trains to The Hague, Rotterdam, Bruxelles, Brugg, Paris and finally Cherbourg, and I told myself, probably sitting in a bistro, that I had to find a way to travel more freely, you can see partly the choice I made, bought a bicycle in Cherbourg, by the way, eventually I should come across some pics from the places I mention earlier…in the meantime, this one was taken alongside a quiet road in Normandy, not far from the coast….
