Dû à mon silence prolongé, Noël a passé sans que je vous présente une de ses deux acolytes, donc en retard, et de toutes manières elles ont l’habitude de passer sous ma plume à tout moment durant l’année…

Since I was kind off line during a long period, Christmas went by without drawing one of his two helpers, so here’s one of them, I know it is almost the end of March, but as you know I don’t mind drawing them anytime during the year, so a Spring Christmas…

Calques…Layers…

Peut-être est-ce dû que je suis avant tout un peintre, lorsque j’utilise Photoshop ou Corel Paint, je n’ai pas le réflexe d’utiliser les calques, cette fois-ci je l’ai eu, le réflexe…le calque de correction…

Maybe it is mainly because I am a painter, and in oil painter, so work with layers but they aren’t like those in Photoshop or Corel Painter…and most of the time when I am editing photos or reworking sketches I work on the base layer…and correct again if not right, at least contrary to a painting the various stages are still there in files…but this time I did…so the correction layer…
